OPERATING RULES OF THE CAMPSITE

  1. All arrivals must report to the reception where a picture ID of all guests will be required.
  2. Overnight stay of visitors other than guests registered at the campsite is not permitted.
  3. The reception will hand out keys to accommodation and allocate tent space and/or caravan parking spaces where required.
  4. It is only possible to use an electric connector available on campsite upon prior payment at the reception. All electric equipment used must be compliant with relevant rules and regulations for use, which the user (guest) is responsible for. Any damaged caused by misuse of electrical equipment must be covered by the user responsible.
  5. Night time curfew applicable to all guests is daily between 22:00 – 6:00 (10 PM – 6 AM) and must be respected. If guests are disrespectful to this rule, the campsite Operator has the right to end their stay without any opportunity to claim compensation or refunds. The only exception for the night time curfew is any previously agreed cultural events that the operator has approved.
  6. Dogs and cats are not allowed to run freely around the campsite and owners must clean up after their pets.
  7. All guests do respectfully agree with basic duty of care and being good neighbours. It is not allowed to be disruptively loud or shout. The use of electrical equipment (such as radios and amplifiers) should be within reasonable limits.
  8. It is forbidden to adjust any terrain in the campsite by anyone other than the Operator.
  9. It is forbidden to damage or chop down trees, hedgerows or any plants at the campsite and nearby area.
  10. Unless previously agreed, the guest accommodation is available from 14:00 (2 PM). All guests must vacate the accommodation (including tent space and caravans) at 10:00 (10 AM) at the latest on the day of their departure. Failure to check out by the required time will result in an additional overnight stay being charged by the Operator. A guest who wishes to check in before 9 AM, is required to pay the overnight charge as a result of this early check-in. 
  11. Guests must cover the entire amount of all stay-related costs for accommodation at the check-in.
  12. At the check in, the receptionist will allocate guests their room including its inventory. At the check-out, the guests must hand over the room, including all inventory in its original state. The guest will ensure that lights are switched off, doors and windows are locked and will report back to the reception before departure. They will also hand over any allocated numbers for their tents or vehicles.
  13. The guests are allowed to use all equipment in the accommodation unit as provided by the Operator in their accommodation.
  14. No furniture shall be moved without the Operators approval within the accommodation and no changes are to be made within the units.
  15. The Operator may request a refundable deposit (1,000 Czech Crowns / per accommodation unit), that will be returned to the guest at their check-out.
  16. All campsite guests must keep general housekeeping and cleanliness in the area. Tents can be put up and vehicles can only be parked up in designated areas. All guests are requested to comply with any council requirements of Městský úřad Prahy 5.
  17. All guests must keep general housekeeping and cleanliness in the area, which includes properly segregating waste in allocated bins. No other waste is to be deposited or fly tipped at the campsite.
  18. Open fires are prohibited throughout the whole camp. Only the grill is allowed, but only in case of the constant supervision of a responsible person.
  19. Washing and/or maintenance of any vehicles, caravans or motorcycles is strictly forbidden in the campsite.
  20. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the campsite property according to basic generally binding guest regulations.
  21. The Operator is not responsible for any loss of valuable objects, belongings or money at the campsite.
  22. All guests must familiarise themselves with these Operating rules and are requested to comply with them. By making a payment for accommodation, you are agreeing to comply with these Operating rules.
